This position will support an OPIR Joint customer Program Office responsible for acquiring the future Overhead Persistence GEOINT Architecture (OPGA) that will provide the user community with OPIR capabilities in a modular, open architecture that provides global, persistent, real-time surveillance and activity-based intelligence information.
This position supports a hybrid Agile process with the Government as the overall integrator in a Cloud Environment. Work includes ground requirements development, architecture definition, and ground systems acquisition support. This position will support a Ground Readiness Event of a major acquisition.
Successful candidate will be required to demonstrate strong Ground Systems Engineering skills and experience across the TCPED. Experience in one or more of the following: Architecture design, Requirements definition, Test Verification, Readiness, or Transition of a new System. Candidates should have familiarity with Amazon Web Services and understand the process to deploy applications and services into a cloud environment using Agile methodology.
BS in engineering, physics or related technical degree with a strong Ground Systems Engineering background across the TCPED with experience in ground requirements, architecture, and verification/validation.
